Motive of the Creation

Because of the realization of the sense – life is just like dreams and visions in a bubble.

I used to believe in “Five Skandhas (i.e. Five Components) were all empty”, but if that is true, shouldn’t we treasure every single moment of the dream and vision and live in the moment? Hence, I decide to awake the respect for the time by presenting the 2020 calendar in the manner of illustrations. The timeless calendar is themed at Taichung city’s international scenic sites and added in my own refined thinking.

因為我最喜歡、影響最深遠的DPI雜誌停刊後，體悟到人生如夢幻泡影，以前覺得凡是五蘊皆空，但不就是更要珍惜活在當下的每刻夢幻泡影嗎？因此決定以插畫方式來設計2020年曆來喚醒自己對時間的重視
